CanovoPro ("we", "us") connects homeowners who request home improvement quotes with independent local contractors, and offers lead services to those contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Homeowners: information you submit through our forms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms and our website: name, phone number, email, ZIP code or address, homeownership status, project details (e.g., garage size, timeline), and your consent choices.
• Contractors: business name, contact details, service area, license number, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Automatically: basic technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) and data from advertising platforms such as Meta about ad interactions, as described in their policies.

How we use it

• To deliver your quote request to the one contractor named in your consent and to verify the request is genuine (e.g., confirming your phone number).
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you consented.
• To provide, bill for and improve our lead services, and to measure ad performance.
• To comply with law and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share a homeowner's request only with the contractor named in the consent on the form you submitted. We do not sell homeowner leads to multiple contractors. We also use service providers (e.g., Meta, Google Workspace, Stripe, form/automation and SMS providers) who process data on our behalf, and we may disclose information if required by law.

Calls and texts (TCPA)

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that the named contractor (and CanovoPro on its behalf) may contact you at the number you provided, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email us to opt out of all contact. We keep records of consent as required by law.

Meta lead forms

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta passes the information you provide to us. Meta's own data use is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Retention & security

We keep information as long as needed for these purposes and legal record-keeping (e.g., consent records), and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@canovopro.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.
